1. Introduction

Welcome to Thinklet.io (“Service”), operated by Logic Out Loud LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), located at 3426 Conrad St A1, Philadelphia, PA 19129. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services available at Thinklet.io.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our paid Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Thinklet.io is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users to create apps based on natural language descriptions. We also allow all users, including those without accounts, to view publicly accessible user-generated content.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service (“User Content”). However, by creating and sharing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and promoting our Service.

5.2 Public Content

Some User Content may be publicly accessible. By making your User Content public, you understand and agree that it may be viewed by other users and the general public.

5.3 Content Guidelines

You agree not to create or share User Content that:

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
